About

Stephanie has lived in Lloydminster since childhood and brings a diverse background in administration, healthcare, and client service to Acoustic Audiology.

Before joining our team, Stephanie spent 14 years with Husky Energy (now Cenovus), beginning as a receptionist before moving into roles involving document management, procedure review, and public speaking.

In 2020, she decided to pursue a new career path and completed a certificate in Medical Transcription Editing. She then worked as a medical scribe with AQuity Solutions from 2020 to 2023, supporting physicians across a variety of medical specialties, including otolaryngology (ENT), cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, and gastroenterology. This experience strengthened her active listening skills and gave her a valuable perspective on patient care.

Stephanie joined Acoustic Audiology in 2023 as our Client Care Coordinator. She enjoys learning about the impact hearing loss can have on everyday life and takes pride in helping our clients feel welcome, heard, and comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys exercising, watching movies, creative writing, and taking on the occasional DIY project around the house.
